Refund Policy

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. 
We do not accept refunds, but we do accept exchanges for manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase. Simply inform us by email of the defect so that we can send you the return procedures if accepted. Obviously, we want your complete satisfaction, so each request will be studied. We also notify you of our decision on whether to assess or reject your refund request.
If you have selected the wrong size for your animal, you are responsible for the return delivery costs as well as the return delivery costs.
However, you are responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the product to our offices. To be eligible, the product must not have been used, therefore be in its original condition and packaging . To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase. 
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
Note that each leash and bandana is handmade with attention to detail, and we ensure the quality and sturdiness of the product before delivery. The safety of the animal and the master is our priority.
